Nevertheless, it is a very quiet street in this lively area, the apt. itself is also very tranquil. There's also a small and charming café directly below the apartment. If there is a need to wash your clothes, a laundromat can be found 50 meters up the street.

The place is very accessible with public transportation: several tram stops (M1, M12, M10) and subway station (U2 Eberwalderstraße/Senefelder Platz) at five minutes walking distance.
