Im subletting my fully furnished 110 sqm (110 sqm living space + 47 sqm large terrace + 5 sqm balcony) while I am leaving Germany. It's confirmed I will be gone for 6 months with the possibility of extending to 1 year or even longer. The subletting period will therefore be limited to 6 months with option of extension if wished by both parties.

Move in could be as early as 15th of December but a later date is also possible.

It's a duplex apartment on the ground and first floor.
Downstairs: open concept kitchen and living area, a small working area, utility storage, guest toilet and of course a huge terrace ideal for BBQs.
Upstairs: open office (a bed could be added by you for a guest room), bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and a BD, a bedroom with lots of closet space and a balcony.

It's a fully furnished apartment. You won't have to worry about the small details and necessities - it's all there.

Ideal for a couple working from home. Its a bright apartment with floor to ceiling windows, floor heating, and lots of space.

The landlord approves the subletting and a registration at the address is possible. The building was built in 2014.

The monthly rent of 2100€ includes all utilities incl. heating, water, wifi, regional fees incl. GEZ fees, etc.

I love this apartment and am looking for someone to take care of it and my belongings. Ideally someone willing to water the garden plants. I am planning on leaving all furniture and daily necessities in the apartment but am flexible in what to leave inside or store in the basement.
