Das moderne Bad ist mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche (Regenbrause/ einstellbarer Handduschkopf) modern und komfortabel ausgestattet.
Die Küchenzeile ist in den Wohnbereich integriert und besteht aus Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Keramikspüle und grossem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Für die anspruchsvolle Unterhaltung sorgen eine schnelle W-Lan Flat und der Flachbild TV (40 Zoll, Kabel - TV mit 350 Sendern, internetfähig).

Die Ausstellung von Wohnungsgeberbescheinigungen zur Vorlage bei den Berliner Behörden ist problemlos möglich.

The Buchholzer Straße is in itself one of the most quiet side streets between the Schönhauser Allee and Pappelallee streets with a full continuous outlook of beautiful classical facades of old buildings. The outside view from the apartment falls directly onto the lovely red brick architecture of the opposite street building.

The whole apartment is laid on a beautiful wooden floor. Curtains and outdoor blinds allow the required distance outward. The oversize double bed (160 x 220 cm) in genuine olive wood is a cozy retreat isle. The couch in the living / dining room can also be used as a comfortable guest bed and is extendible till 160 x 200 cm.
The bathroom is furnished with a modern and comfortable walk in shower (rain head shower / hand adjustable shower).
The kitchen is integrated in the living room area and consists of ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, ceramic sink and large fridge with freezer.
For the sophisticated entertainment the flat has super fast Wi-Fi and Flat screen TV (40 inches, cable - TV with 350 channels, web-enabled).

Un apartamento recién reformado de 2 habitaciones ubicado en un edificio berlinés tradicional y completamente renovado, posee un hermoso diseño interior, que lo hace muy amplio, incluso por su gran techo alto. La decoración simple destaca por sus detalles individuales y ofrece una mirada particularmente llamativa en si misma. Nos hemos asegurado de que todo lo que se encuentra en el apartamento, es todo lo que realmente necesita para tener una estadía libre de estrés en Berlín.

Se destaca su ubicación totalmente central en el atractivo Prenzlauer Berg (Helmholtzplatz, Schönauser Allee, la Iglesia Getsemaní, Kulturbrauerei, Mauerpark). Varios cafés, bares, restaurantes y tiendas de moda, se encuentran en las inmediaciones del apartamento. El sofá se encuentra en la sala de estar / comedor, por lo que se puede utilizar como una cómoda cama para invitados y es ampliable hasta 160 x 200 cm.
El cuarto de baño está equipado con una moderna y cómoda cabina de ducha (ducha ajustable de mano y ducha de lluvia).

L ́appartamento ha un bel design interno, che lo rende ancora molto più grandi, anche per il suo grande ed alto soffitto. L'arredamento semplice dispone di singoli dettagli e fornisce uno sguardo particolarmente sorprendente in sé. Abbiamo fatto in modo che tutto ciò che è in appartamento, è davvero quello che serve per un soggiorno senza stress a Berlino.

Si distingue la sua posizione totalmente centrale nel attraente Prenzlauer Berg (Helmholtzplatz, Schönauser Allee, la Chiesa del Getsemani, Kulturbrauerei, Mauerpark). Diversi caffetterie, bar, ristoranti e boutique si trovano nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento. Collegamenti con tutto Berlino con i mezzi pubblici e tutto a due passi dall'appartamento con i tram M1 e M12 (2 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento), cosi come dalla stazione dei treni Schönhauser Allee con le linee U2, S41, S42, S8, S9 (5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento).

Il letto matrimoniale e di grandi dimensioni (160 x 220 cm) ed è costruito in vero legno d'oliva, cosi diventa in se un'isola molto accogliente. Il divano si trova nel soggiorno / sala da pranzo è può essere utilizzato anche come un comodo letto per gli ospiti. È espandibile fino a 160 x 200 cm.
Il bagno è dotato di doccia moderna e confortevole (doccetta regolabile e doccia a pioggia).

La cucina è integrata nella sala principale e dispone di Cucina in vetroceramica, forno, lavatrice, lavandino in ceramica e grande frigorifero con freezer.
Per un intrattenimento sofisticato, l'appartamento offre la connessione Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e TV a schermo piatto (TV via cavo da 40 pollici con 350 canali, web abilitato).
