🔑 Main features:
This cozy and modern apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, and basic utensils), a comfortable convertible bed (160 cm), wardrobe, work desk with chair and lamp, and tasteful decor.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet. The total size of the apartment is approximately 17 m2.

🏡 Common areas & additional information:
Residents have access to a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer on the ground floor at no extra cost.
All utilities are included in the price (high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, etc.). As we are the direct owners, no commission fees apply.
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required (for stays under 3 months, the deposit is 50% of one month’s rent).
We can also provide proof of accommodation or a business license if needed.

📍 Location:
The apartment is ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, and banks. Nearby you will find Tesco, Billa, Albert, as well as a farmers’ market at Tylovo Square.
Public transport is easily accessible – tram lines (22, 10, 16, 11, 13, 6) and metro station I.P. Pavlova (Line C) are just a short walk away.
The location is also perfect for students, close to Charles University (First Faculty of Medicine) and the University of New York in Prague.
