Everything you’ll need is in the flat. You can just arrive with a suitcase and start living with us. Anmeldung is possible of course. The room is equipped with a wardrobed wall, curtains, chair, and a nightstand. Everything is in mint condition.

Location:
The location of the house is right in the middle of the vibrant heart of south Friedrichshain, home to Berlin's best restaurants, bars, clubs and of course there's also a supermarket, pharmacy, and drugstore right within walking distance of the house. It's what makes the location so unique: because usually you have to choose between either the comfort of having the necessary amenities close by or having a flamboyant, entertaining and diversified nightlife around. But with this location you get both! To sum it up: your perfect Berlin experience for newbies in town.

On top of all of the above the connectivity to public transport is really great, because the house is located close to "Warschauer Straße" and "Ostkreuz" which gives you access to any point in the city within practically 30 minutes plus you are only 2 stops away from the newly built Berlin international airport.
