The room and flat has everything you might need for comfortable stay. The room comes with one single bed with mattress, sofa cum bed, Desk, chair , lamp, big closet with mirror and your own individual fridge located in a small separate area inside the room and some other things too.

The room is longer in length and the cielings are high ( 3,60 m).

big kitchen with Microwave, Toaster, water cooker, cups and plates, knives, boxes spoons etc along with Washing machine.

The flat is silent type and other guys are students and mostly busy in their study and work part time and mostly out. So please be aware that this place is not ideal for you if you are into party/ music and harmony is expected.

Located in the Neukölln area directly at Rathaus Neokolln, this property is in a great location with lots of local entertainment, Park and even river. With close public transport. The nearest supermarket is less than 2-minutes' walk away, so does transport( Bus, underground line and also S bahn. Variety of shops, bakeries , cafes, Pizzeria etc also if you are vegan a lot of options too. The Parallel street is famous Weserstrasse which offers a rich variety of experiences from art to cafes. So does Maybachufer, Landwehr Canal and Neokolln arcaden. Kindly google the location. Some new renovation is planned to make it even more comfortable.
