Dear apartment seekers,

We rent out our beautiful top floor apartment in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg from 01/01/23 to 03/31/23.

Here are a few key data:

- incl. use of bicycles (1 x women's and 1 x men's bike)

- Large, bright living room with semi-open kitchen and bar, cozy bedroom

- Huge comfortable sofa, large internet-enabled TV

- Large south-facing roof terrace with lots of sun, gas grill and view of the Berlin TV tower

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, water bubbler, smoothie maker, Nespresso machine, fridge and extra drinks fridge

- modern bathroom with washing machine and many spacious built-in cupboards

- super fast internet - suitable for home office

- 160 cm bed with fast new high quality firm mattress

- the apartment is very well suited for couples or expected (not suitable for shared flats)

- Every two weeks, our domestic help comes to clean the apartment (40€ - costs have to be covered)

- max. 2 people (for second person 50 € additional for gas, electricity etc.)

- Unfortunately pets are not allowed
