during a work related absence. The 3-room apartment is located in the middle of Kollwitzkiez. It consists of a large living and dining area (incl. kitchen and storage room), a bedroom and a basement compartment. In addition there is an en-suite bathroom. From the approx. 200sqm terrace (incl. grill, sun loungers and seating area) you look directly at the TV tower, Kollwitzstraße and also see the water tower. The apartment is rented fully furnished (incl. dishwasher, washing machine and various kitchen appliances). The apartment is not suitable for WG.
