The Studio Apartment is very bright and has large windows. It comes furnished with a single bed facility, a working desk, two desk chair and lamps, wardrobes, Curtains etc. Kitchen is shared in a common area.
There is a washing saloon in the building where the tenants can do laundry, it has an extra charge and have to be paid by yourself.

Location
The apartment is located in a nice building at Leibnizstraße, in Charlottenburg, one of the best areas to live in Berlin!
It has its own bathroom. It's 5 minute away from public transportarion: U-bhan, S-bhan, Bus.
We have all the major supermarkets less than 5 minute away and free parking in the street.


Miscellaneous
The area is extraordinarily safe.
The whole building belongs to us. This way you get to be part of an existing social group of international students being part of a multicultural community.
Rent includes all utility costs.

IMPORTANT:
- CHECK IN: Check in time is from 1 to 3pm. Please come to our office located in Kantstraße 41 with an appointment.
- PAYMENT: The booking amount paid through Housing anywhere is considered as 1st month rent for the tenant.
- DEPOSIT: Tenants have to pay the complete deposit which is double of the rent before signing the contract and checking-in/moving into the property.
