Very good public transport connections (bus stop opposite, U+S). Housemates are 1 adult (father) + 1 teenager (daughter). During heating season (01 October - April 30), a heating surcharge of €50/month will be applied. Kitchen has many appliances (toaster, blender, kettle, rice cooker, sandwich-maker, microwave, glass ceramic stove, dishwasher). Optic fibre telecommunication/internet line as from Autumn 2023 expected.
