Perfekte Lage direkt am Beachmitte und Park am Nordbahnhof. Es sind ca. 5 Min. zur U-Bahn, der Nordbahnhof ist auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus sind es nur 3 Stationen bis zum Brandenburger Tor. In 2 Minuten ist man im Park, wo man Beach Volleyball spielen, klettern oder einfach nur am "Strand" chillen kann. Mauerweg und Mauergedenkstätte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

East Side is a very beautiful and bright apartment with a perfect cut. The 3 room apartment is on the 1st floor in direct park proximity. The building was renovated in the nineties and the apartment was completely refurbished in 2013.

East Side is a very beautiful and bright apartment with a perfect cut. The 3 room apartment is on the 1st floor in direct park proximity. The building was renovated in the nineties and the apartment was completely refurbished in 2013. You can expect modern windows, high quality laminate, a bathroom with ceramic tiles, new toilet and sink, new high gloss fitted kitchen with freshly tiled floor and chrome steel electrical appliances. Because of its location and the spatial division it is particularly suitable for families with children. From the bedroom and kitchen window you can see a piece of the Berlin Wall, which still marks the boundary of the property today.

Perfect location directly at the beach centre and park at the Nordbahnhof. It is about 5 minutes to the subway, the Nordbahnhof is also very easy to reach on foot. From there it is only 3 stations to the Brandenburg Gate. In 2 minutes you are in the park, where you can play beach volleyball, climb or just chill on the "beach". The Wall Trail and Wall Memorial are also nearby.
