The opened and modern living space with a couch and adjoining kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and our big roofed balcony invites you for a relaxing and enjoying time in Innsbruck. The bedroom has a comfortable daybed (160x200cm) and a desk, which is good for focused working.
The bathroom has a bathtube/shower, a washing maschine and the toilette is separately. Of course our flat has internet and a TV.
Our apartment is a two rooms one (one bedroom with a sleeping sofa and one living room with a sleeping sofa) with 70m2 and a balcony with 20m2.
In the house included are a indoor bike shed and also a room for drying your clothes. We also have a underground parking space.
The next bus- and tram-stop is directly opposited of the housing area and you only need 20 minutes to the "Golden roof", the old city and the main train station. Directly behind the house there are different biking and hiking trails. If you want to go skiing - the next ski region is only 25 mins away and you can also reach it by bus.
Cyta-shopping mall is just a few minutes away and for smaller shops, like grocery shopping or backery you only need to walk 5 minutes.
