Hello everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my contract as I'm leaving my room in my shared apartment located at Christinen Str. 10119, one of the top areas of Berlin. You will share the flat with one of my 30yo girlfriend. The apartment is newly built, equipped with an elevator, and has a beautiful terrace. We have a shared common area. All the necessary appliances are available in the apartment. We're looking for someone who has a regular life. To be clean is our priority :-)

Rent per person is 1171.25 EUR + 70 EUR (utilities).
