Brand new accommodation for rent in Charlottenburg, Berlin.

Our new beautiful property features large window panes that glare natural light into the space, high quality furniture, a fully equipped kitchen to cook comfortably, and everything you bring to it!

The neighbourhood is right outside the centre meaning that you can have all the peace at home, while the liveliness of the city is just a few stops away, so that you don’t have to compromise on anything!

The accommodations are fully furnished and modern with a double bed, desk, chair, TV, private bathroom, kitchen, utensils.

Some important information for you to know in advance:
- Registration is possible for all of them and you can extend your stay with no extra costs.
- A cleaning service is included every third day in the rental price. Our cleaning service will clean and replace your bed sheets, towels & of course clean your apartment.
- Deposit is not required for your reservation.
- There is a wash room with several washing machines and dryers on the ground floor which can be used via an app. The cost is 2 euros per wash or dry program.
- All of our accommodations work with a key-free check in and therefore you will have to use an app that will allow you to enter without needing a key!
- Check ins take place from 3pm to 9pm, Monday to Sunday. You receive online your pin code and check in with your phone!
- Please be aware that in order to register you need to be deregistered from any other address you have in Germany!


Please be aware that our prices change due to seasonality, therefore your monthly rent will differ based on the month of your stay. Our prices are not fixed to the initial price of your booking.


Please be aware that Berlin imposes an accommodation tax/city tax. The accommodation tax has to be paid to the city of Berlin and amounts to 5% on the net overnight rate. It has to be paid by the accommodation company to the tax office. The tax is NOT included in the price you see. You will need to pay this tax to us (advertiser) and we will pay it to the tax office. Only private overnight stays are taxed, limited to a consecutive overnight stay of 21 days. If you are travelling for work/business you are exempt from this tax.
