M10 and U5 is 2 min by walk. Alexanderplatz 10, Museum island 15 minutes with transportation: There is a market on the corner. Big EDEKA just 4 min walking distance. The famous Boxhagener street is just by foot.
We are a family of 3, travel a lot, so we rent one of our room. We are mostly quite, the bathroom and the kitchen is shared, other than that there is no shared area. There is an office and bedroom for us.
The room is quite big, has double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 desk and chair, 1 sofa that can be turned into bed. You can have friends over OCCASIONALLY.
No partying or loud noices, no smoking and no animals in the apartment. We can share a couple of beers together in the kitchen, or have some meals sometimes together. But if total privacy is wanted, we are okay to that as well.
From bed linings to towels, all is already in the apartment, just bring your suitcases!
