This is a private, cozy apartment in a building with an elevator. It is suitable for 2 guests and offers a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC, TV, and free WiFi.
The apartment features underfloor heating and central water supply. A fan is available for the summer season.

Please note that toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper etc.) and kitchen adds (kitchen rolls, dishwashing caps and coffee caps, sponges, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc.) are not replenished during the stay. Additional cleaning, bed linen and towels change is available at an extra charge.

Parking Situation:
We recommend our guests the nearby public underground parking Garage Brigittaplatz | Best In Parking that is just a 7 minutes’ walk from the accommodation. The price will be 8-10 EUR/day.

Parking on weekends is free in Vienna starting from 22:00 Friday till 09:00 am Monday where it’s not prohibited by the Parking signs.
