Nottingham's apartment market is very varied and you can find something to really suit any budget, with great options in the city and in areas just outside Nottingham city itself. The Lace Market area is a fantastic choice to look for an apartment. This district is filled with fabulous buildings and architecture, cafes and trendy bars galore and just a 5-minute stroll from the heart of town. It has a lot of restored older buildings and warehouses that have been transformed into modern apartments – having charm and culture on the outside and modern day living within. The Park is a slightly more expensive area of Nottingham, but still just a stones throw from the center of town – this semi gated community is a sought after postcode with luxury amenities such as tennis courts and lots of green spaces.

Hockley Apartments

Among the young professionals of Nottingham, and of course the young at heart, apartments in Hockley are all anyone wants to have. It is arguably the most vibrant area of the city, constantly evolving and changing with new restaurants, bars and pubs popping up all the time, next to storied establishments that have stood there for hundreds of years. Amongst all the nightspots, there is also a burgeoning coffee shop culture that is finally coming to the city with more independent specialty places cropping up. On these busy streets and alleys you will come across Hockley's apartments, while new buildings are scarce here, developers tend to renovate existing buildings to preserve the character of the district and you will find bigger older houses, split into apartments. There are also a lot of mews style home rentals in Hockley, but whatever you choose, life here is inexpensive and fun.

Beechdale Nottingham

Beechdale is one of the many towns that surround Nottingham, and with it being a lot cheaper than the city center and just a short commute away, it is no surprise that a lot of people choose to find apartments here. Rentals in Beechdale when it comes to apartments are not overly common, it is still an up and coming area and many people live in Victorian style terrace houses rather than condo blocks. However, just because you would be renting a house rather than an apartment in Beechdale, that doesn't mean you would be paying higher prices – with a 2 bedroom house with a small garden renting for around $750 a month.
